Amicus Wealth Management: 7IM Private Client business merged with Amicus Wealth
Amicus Wealth Management: 7IM Private Client business merged with Amicus Wealth
2nd March 2026
We’re delighted to share that 7IM Private Client and Amicus Wealth have come together to form Amicus Wealth Management. It’s an important step in our ambition to build the UK’s leading, advice centric wealth management firm, and it brings together two businesses that share a belief in long term relationships and trusted, human advice.
Since 7IM acquired Amicus Wealth in December 2023, we’ve been working to identify how we can work more closely as one team. Combined, we now have greater scale and deeper expertise – allowing us to support clients with even more clarity, capability and care.
What this means for our clients
Continuity stays at the heart of our service. You’ll continue to work with the advisers you know and trust, supported by the 7IM Platform, which remains the foundation of your portfolio. Our investment management continues to be delivered by the 7IM Investment Team, guided by its long term, diversified and cost conscious philosophy.
As part of the merger, we’ve also introduced a refreshed brand and visual identity – a confident, forward-looking expression of who we are and the client-centred heritage we’re building from.

Dean Proctor, Chief Executive Officer of 7IM, said:
“The launch of Amicus Wealth Management is a significant milestone for 7IM and a powerful statement of our ambition in the UK wealth market. By bringing together our Private Client business and Amicus Wealth, we have created a firm with the scale, talent and capability to deliver outstanding long-term financial plans and outcomes for clients. This is not just a combination of businesses, but the creation of a modern wealth management firm built for long term growth, innovation and excellence in client service.”
Ben Covey, Managing Director, Amicus Wealth Management, added:
“We are incredibly excited about the opportunities this new chapter creates for our business but most importantly, for our clients. Bringing our Private Client business and Amicus Wealth together creates a stronger, more resilient firm with greater depth of expertise – and that means an even better experience for our clients. We are building a business with the scale to invest and grow while staying true to our client-first philosophy and supporting people at every stage of their financial journey.”
David Fry, Managing Director, Amicus Wealth Management, commented:
“There is strong cultural alignment between our teams, and that gives us real momentum. Amicus Wealth Management brings together experienced people, high quality financial planning and a shared commitment to long term client relationships. That combination allows us to support clients with clarity and confidence, while continuing to invest in our people, our advice and the overall client experience as we grow.”
Looking forward to what’s next
Amicus Wealth Management brings together broader advisory expertise, deeper specialist knowledge and enhanced financial planning capability – all focused on helping clients make informed, confident decisions at every stage of their financial life.
We’re excited for what this next chapter means for our clients, our people and our shared future.
